On a side note, you may want to make an H-F version that's matted on a different color - you're getting a gritty white halo around the GIF. Try matting the transparency on color #B2B1B7.

I'm having trouble remembering how to do it in ImageReady. I managed to do it for the little squids I once made :/a I know I can't do it through Photoshop or else I lose the frames... right?
